As a vegetarian, I’m often told that after all, man kind is a carnivore, has always eaten meat and can’t avoid eating it without any consequences. Well, I’m soon onto my third year and I haven’t suffered yet. But that’s off topic. The matter is, man kind is not ”supposed” to be carnivore. It’s rather a sense of culture. Our descendants and close relatives, the monkeys, eat vegetables as well as bugs, and they have an anatomic structure very similar to ours. In the film below, eating meat is compared to smoking – man has smoked for centuries, and he has learned that he is not adapted for it and that in the end, it may very well be the death of him. Eating meat is not only ethically wrong and wrong by natural means, it’s also bad for the heart and the liver.
